  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, sliced into thin strips
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the steak and mincing the garlic.
  2. Cook the egg noodles in salted boiling water according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Sear the steak strips until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
  4. Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic to the skillet and stir until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour in soy sauce and remaining butter; mix well.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the skillet with steak and sauce; toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and parsley/cilantro before serving.
