- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, sliced into thin strips
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by slicing the steak and mincing the garlic.
- Cook the egg noodles in salted boiling water according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Sear the steak strips until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
- Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic to the skillet and stir until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour in soy sauce and remaining butter; mix well.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet with steak and sauce; toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and parsley/cilantro before serving.
