  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until no longer pink.
  3. In a bowl, mix cooked chicken with half of the Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Carefully stuff each shell with the chicken mixture and arrange in a baking dish.
  5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over shells and sprinkle with additional mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
