- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and chopped

- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 5-7 minutes each).
- Transfer browned chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (15-20 minutes). Drain and return to pot.
