  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Sauté diced onions and celery until softened.
  3. In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix with sautéed veggies, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, and poultry seasoning. Mix well.
