  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
