Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place marinated salmon skin-side down and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  5. In the last few minutes of baking, brush remaining marinade over each fillet.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
