  • 1 cup crawfish tails (optional)

  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup celery (diced)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and sauté chopped onion, bell pepper, and celery until softened.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for about one minute until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp, crab meat, and crawfish tails; cook until shrimp are pink and opaque (about 5 minutes).
  5. Pour in heavy cream, add Dijon mustard and Cajun seasoning; stir continuously until thickened (about 3 minutes).
  6. Spoon the filling into one pie crust in a deep-dish pan. Place the second crust on top, sealing edges tightly.
  7. Cut slits in the top crust for steam release; bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
