  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 cup green peppers, sliced
  • 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Hot sauce (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté diced chicken and chopped onions until the chicken is golden brown and onions are soft.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and Cajun seasoning; cook for about one minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
