- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and slice the zucchini into rounds. Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the onion thinly.
