  • 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients: Wash and slice bell peppers; dice the onion finely.
