  • 6 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by slicing the beef and chopping the vegetables.
  2. Cook the egg noodles in boiling water according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat sesame oil and sauté beef strips until browned (3-4 minutes). Remove from pan.
  4. Add bell peppers and broccoli to the skillet; sauté until bright and tender (4-5 minutes).
  5. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch in a bowl; pour over veggies in the skillet.
  6. Add cooked beef and noodles to the skillet; toss everything together until well combined.
