  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

Instructions
