- 3 cups tortilla chips

- ½ cup sour cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef and stir for about two minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in black beans, corn, and chopped bell peppers; cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips at the bottom, followed by half of the beef mixture and half of the shredded cheese. Repeat the layers and top with remaining cheese.
