  • 2 medium sweet potatoes (about 1 lb), peeled and cubed

  • 3 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
