  • 24 Oreo Cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pan by greasing an 8×8 inch baking dish or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter until mixed well. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread evenly over the Oreo base.
  4. Chop additional Oreos (10-12) and sprinkle them on top of the peanut butter layer.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, then pour over the bars and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Cut into squares and enjoy!
