  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, sliced (whites and greens separated)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Clean and slice mushrooms, chop green onions, keeping whites separate from greens.
  2. Sauté aromatics: In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add mushrooms and cook until golden brown.
