Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground lamb or beef
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and finely chop the parsley and red onion.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb or beef, parsley, red onion, garlic, egg, almond flour, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
