  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz each)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, melt the butter.
  3. In another bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Cut each biscuit into quarters and coat in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Layer half of the coated biscuit pieces in a greased bundt pan; drizzle with half of the melted butter.
  6. Add remaining biscuit pieces on top and finish with the rest of the melted butter.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before inverting onto a plate.
