  • 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque (3-4 minutes).
  2. Pour in heavy cream and let simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Stir in lemon juice and Italian seasoning.
