Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Cover the pot and remove from heat; let sit for 12 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool.
- Gently crack and peel each egg, starting from the wider end.
- Slice each egg in half and scoop out the yolks into a bowl. Mix yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Garnish with paprika before serving.
