- 2 (14 oz) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (13.5 oz) can full-fat coconut milk
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place them in the crockpot.
