  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp gel red food coloring
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  2. Bake crust for 10 minutes; set aside to cool.

  4. Blend in cocoa powder and red food coloring until fully combined.
  5. Pour cheesecake filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 60-70 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off oven; let cheesecake cool inside for an hour.
  7. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving with whipped cream.
