  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg (optional for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough on a clean surface and separate into triangles.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, maple syrup, melted butter, and cinnamon until mixed.
  4. Spoon about one tablespoon of the filling onto the wider end of each triangle and roll tightly toward the tip.
