- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Sour cream (for serving, optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and bake for about 25 minutes until cooked through.
- Shred the chicken using two forks once cooled.
