  • 8 soft corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Sour cream (for serving, optional)
  • Hot sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and bake for about 25 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Shred the chicken using two forks once cooled.
