  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Prepare caramel by melting sugar until golden brown and pour into the bundt pan.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  4. In another bowl, beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Mix in evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla.
  5. Layer half of the chocolate batter over the caramel. Pour flan mixture on top without disturbing.
  6. Bake in a water bath for 50-60 minutes or until set. Cool completely before inverting onto a plate.
