- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- If making your own crust, crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter, then press into a pie pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden. Let cool.
- In a bowl, whisk together calamansi juice, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust, gently tapping the pan to remove air bubbles.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool at room temperature before chilling in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
