- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (preferably rotisserie)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Place them upright in a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Generously fill each pepper with the chicken mixture.
- Top with remaining shredded cheese and cover with foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve warm.
