- Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden and fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract with the browned butter.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chopped pistachios and chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the mixture into a greased baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
