  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg or romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup diced dill pickles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart until no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat. Spoon a portion of cooked beef onto it followed by lettuce, pickles, cheese, and a drizzle of sauce.
  4. Fold in sides of tortilla first then roll tightly from the bottom up.
  5. For extra crispiness, grill each wrap seam-side down on medium heat until golden brown.
