  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs (skin-on)
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted, for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, ginger, garlic, and lime juice.
  4. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour half the sauce over them. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Brush remaining sauce on chicken and broil on high for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
