- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed (165g)

- 1 1/2 cups diced apples (about 2 medium apples)
- 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar mixture (for rolling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time until fully combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt; gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients.

- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
