Instructions

- Beat the eggs lightly and mix into the flour combination until just combined.

- Spread half of the crust mixture in the prepared dish. Layer apple filling evenly over it and sprinkle remaining crust mixture on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
