- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz lump crab meat (fresh or canned)
- 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the lasagna noodles until al dente according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and crab meat; cook until just pink (about 3-4 minutes).
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Stir in the sautéed seafood mixture and fresh spinach until well combined.
- In a greased baking dish, spread some sauce at the bottom. Layer with noodles, seafood mixture, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Repeat until three layers are formed.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil during the last 10 minutes to brown the top. Let cool slightly before serving.
