  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz lump crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the lasagna noodles until al dente according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a skillet, sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and crab meat; cook until just pink (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Stir in the sautéed seafood mixture and fresh spinach until well combined.
  4. In a greased baking dish, spread some sauce at the bottom. Layer with noodles, seafood mixture, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Repeat until three layers are formed.
  5. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove foil during the last 10 minutes to brown the top. Let cool slightly before serving.
