  • 12 oz large pasta shells

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for searing)

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing.
  3. Sauté Aromatics: In the same skillet, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown (about 5 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Create the Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and stir in paprika. Simmer gently for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Combine: Slice the rested steak into strips, then fold them into the sauce along with cooked pasta shells. Gently mix until well-coated.
  6. Serve: Plate the dish warm, garnishing with freshly chopped parsley.
