- 2 stalks fresh lemongrass, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
