- 1 package taco seasoning (approx. 1 oz)
- 1 pre-made pizza dough (about 12 inches)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup diced onions
- 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter and transfer to a greased baking sheet.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef or turkey until browned. Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions; mix well.
- Spread the seasoned meat evenly over the dough and sprinkle with both cheeses.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and drizzle with sour cream or Greek yogurt.
- Allow to cool slightly, slice, and serve hot.
