  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 package taco seasoning (approx. 1 oz)
  • 1 pre-made pizza dough (about 12 inches)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • 2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter and transfer to a greased baking sheet.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef or turkey until browned. Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions; mix well.
  4. Spread the seasoned meat evenly over the dough and sprinkle with both cheeses.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and top with tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and drizzle with sour cream or Greek yogurt.
  7. Allow to cool slightly, slice, and serve hot.
