  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice each bell pepper in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
