  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (whole milk)
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped spinach for about 3-4 minutes until wilted.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed spinach with cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic powder until smooth.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough into a triangle shape on parchment paper.
  5. Spoon the spinach mixture onto one side of the dough triangle. Fold it over and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
