Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Gradually combine with dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Gently fold in cranberries and half of the sliced almonds.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle remaining almonds on top.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
