  • 1 cup fresh corn kernels (or canned)
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
