  • 2 packs (3 oz each) ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup toasted sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Chop cabbage into thin strips and shred carrots.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil until sugar dissolves.
