Instructions

  2. Slice pickles into half-inch thick rounds; drain on paper towels.
  3. Dredge each pickle slice in flour, dip into egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with cornmeal.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry pickle slices in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt while hot. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
