- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients: chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and rinse broccoli florets.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and cook until bright green but still crisp.
- Stir in uncooked orzo and enough water or broth to cover by an inch. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook until orzo is al dente.
- Lower heat, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese or fresh herbs if desired.
