Instructions

  4. Add chopped cabbage and diced tomatoes; mix well.
  5. Add vegetable broth to cover the vegetables. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bring to a gentle boil then reduce heat to low. Simmer for about 30 minutes until veggies are tender.
