  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  2. Cook the egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente (6-8 minutes); drain and set aside.

  5. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles, beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, salt, pepper, and half of the cheese; mix well.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
